Magic Lantern: A Meditation for Big Feelings!

Sometimes we can feel our big feelings, but find it hard to identify them! This guided meditation practice helps children shine a light on where in their body they feel their big feelings. It walks them through a conversation with their feelings while reminding their body that they’re okay. For some children this meditation could work while they are in the middle of their feelings, but for some it might be better to do with them once they feel calmed down. This practice also works for adults (trust me) and can be a special thing to do together!
